What is weight loss?
Weight loss tips July 9th, 2008Weight loss is a reduction of the total body weight, due to a mean loss of fluid, body fat or adipose tissue and/or lean mass, namely bone mineral deposits, muscle, tendon and other connective tissue.
There are mny ways to lose your weight but some are right and others are wrong. we will try in this blog to talk about weight loss tips and the best ways for doing that. we will also talk about weight loss diets, pills, and advice on choosing right weight loss products.
