Each of us has only 24 hours in a day, so if you can find time to brush your teeth, or take a shower everyday than why can&#8217;t you find time for exercises to burn fat? Why do you do these other things? you do them because they have become a part of your daily routine. You know that if you don&#8217;t brush your teeth or take a shower regularly, your body will suffer the consequence. But do you know that you will have to workout regularly, in order for your body to burn fat?<span id="more-39"></span></p>
<p>If you are serious about wanting to burn fat then you shouldn&#8217;t use &#8216;lack of time&#8217; as an excuse for skipping exercise to burn fat.
